Refunds

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will refund your purchase at your request, under the following circumstances:-

- You have not received you order within 30 days*

- We have received the item back from you.

We ship all our products with trackable shipping. We will not refund delivered items unless they are returned to us.

*Please Note: If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment. If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund. **

Cancel Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24hrs of your purchase by sending an email to support@nichestyles.com. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund once your order has been committed to our fulfilment system.

Steps for a Refund:

Use the Contact page or send us an email to support@nichestyles.com to request a refund. Please indicate the reason for the refund. We will reply within 48hrs with shipping instructions. Returns (if applicable) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank/Paypal account again.

Note: Credit card refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your credit card account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us by using our contact form. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.

Shipping Returns

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your item was defective or damaged during original shipping, we will reimburse you for your shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
